The Company’s roots in the electrical products industry are built upon the vision and expertise of its Promoter, **Mr. Milap Chand Jain*, who brings over 44 years of knowledge and experience in the FMEG industry. His extensive industry experience led to the establishment of several group-level ventures across trading, distribution and manufacturing.

Our business has its roots in the electrical products industry since 1982 through group-level trading, distribution and manufacturing ventures. Biocon Electric Limited, formerly known as Biocon Electric Private Limited was incorporated in 2019 to consolidate manufacturing, sourcing, marketing and distribution activities across electrical product categories.

Multi-Product Portfolio

We offer more than 1,500 SKUs across lighting solutions, PVC insulated wires and tapes, MCBs, RCCBs and other switchgear products, electrical switches and accessories and other electrical products. Our portfolio caters to residential, commercial, industrial and infrastructure applications.

Manufacturing and Processing Capabilities

Our manufacturing and processing facilities are located across Delhi, Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh and Vasai, Maharashtra. Our operations include the manufacturing of LV switchgears, wires and cables and LED lighting products, along with the processing, finishing and packaging of PVC insulation tape.

Quality Control and Product Compliance

Our quality control processes include incoming material inspection, in-process inspection, product testing and final or pre-dispatch inspection, as applicable. Our product-specific licences and certifications include applicable BIS licences and ISO 9001:2015 certification for specified activities and products.

Pan-India Distribution Network

As of March 31, 2026, our distribution network comprised 1,915 dealers and distributors across 29 states and Union Territories. Our products also reached across 29 states and Union Territories, supported by 15 warehouses and depots across India.

We have established relationships with distributors, dealers, retailers, contractors, OEMs and institutional customers.
